Busbar machine oil temperature failure treatment

There is an oil temperature gauge in the busbar machine, which indicates the top oil temperature of the transformer. When the transformer is operating at an external temperature of 40 °C, the temperature rise shall not exceed 55 °C. The top temperature of the oil shall be the standard during operation. The temperature rise is the reference data. The temperature rise standard of transformers in China is based on the ambient temperature of 40 °C, so the top oil temperature of the transformer should not exceed 40 °C + 55 °C = 95 °C. If the top oil temperature exceeds 95 °C, the temperature of the inner coil should exceed the heat resistance of the coil insulation. In order to prevent the insulation from aging too quickly, the monitoring of the top oil temperature of the transformer should be controlled below 85 °C. The cooler does not operate normally or fails. If the submersible pump is out of service, the fan is damaged, the cooling pipe is fouled, the cooling efficiency is poor, and the radiator valve is not opened, causing temperature abnormality. The cooling system should be maintained and flushed or injected into the standby cooler in time, otherwise the transformer load should be adjusted. If the temperature indicator has an error or the indication is out of order, the thermometer should be replaced.
